The Council of Governors CH/FL is the association of the current district governors (DG), immediate past district governors (iPDG), district governors-elect (DGE), and district governor-nominee (DGN) of the three districts 1980, 1990, and 2000.
Duties of the Council of Governors:
- Coordination and implementation of regulations concerning inter-district tasks.
- Exchange of experience
- Periodic holding of inter-district conferences
- Hold at least two GR meetings and one PDG conference annually.
- Determination of membership fees (country committees, youth exchange, etc.)
- Delegate to inter-district associations, foundations, commissions and conduct delegate meetings
